We are a boutique style gym; small space, intimate setting. We strive to provide exceptional care to our clients with exercise modalities backed by science. We also prioritize a welcoming environment where we love to laugh, have fun, and celebrate birthdays and holidays with themed workouts.
We offer private training (1-on-1), partner training (2-on-1) and small group classes (up to 10 people).
Personal training sessions are run independently of classes to ensure a private experience. We cater to two different kinds of clientele:
1–Clients that have recurring or chronic joint issuesor injuries. We recommend personal training or our Empowered Recovery class. We take a conservative approach according to the clients’ needs/abilities and gradually monitor how their body responds to training. An end goal for many of these clients is to be able to participate in our classes in addition to personal training.
2–Clients that wish to remain pain free but are lookingfor a higher intensity workout. A lot of people come to us that already have a solid foundation and want a more advanced approach to training. We love helping people push their limits (safely.) For these clients we recommend personal training or any of the Empowered Athletics Classes. All classes can be tailored to your level, but we do not recommend people brand new to exercise participate in class.
